Baxter's areas of practice primarily consist of complex commercial litigation, construction defect litigation, probate litigation, real property litigation, and estate planning.. When he is away from the office, Baxter enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, playing golf, mountain biking, and nearly all types of outdoor recreation.
