I have been representing clients in the northeast Ohio area for 30 years. I have tried between 80 and 90 jury trials and have had several settlements and verdicts in excess of 1 million dollars. My practice includes Nursing Home Neglect and Abuse, Car/truck/motorcycle crash injuries, slip and fall injuries, wrongful death and other areas.. I graduated from Kenyon College in 1979 Magna Cum Laude and was named to the Phi Beta Kappa honorary academic society. After 4 years of teaching, I enrolled in the University of Akron School of Law, achieving the highest grade in both Constitutional Law and Torts (injury law), and graduated in 1986, passing the Ohio bar exam later that year. After gaining training and experience for 14 years with a larger firm, I joined 2 other lawyers in a partnership for 5 years and then began my own private practice in 2005..
