Attorney Brent F. Sitto is a principal and founding member of Auto Accident Attorneys, PLLC, and he has been a car accident lawyer since 2009. While specializing in no-fault law and representing people injured in auto accidents, Mr. Sitto has been selected as a Michigan Super Lawyers Rising Star every year from 2013 to present, an honor which only recognizes approximately 2% of attorneys in Michigan every year. He is licensed to practice in all Michigan courts, state and federal, and has experience in various district courts, circuit courts, and the Court of Appeals, where he has represented countless individuals throughout West Michigan and Southeast Michigan.. Mr. Sitto obtained a Bachelor's degree in Communication Studies from the University of Michigan--Ann Arbor. He was given the Honors Scholarship to attend the Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Auburn Hills, Michigan. Mr. Sitto was enrolled in the Accelerated Program and completed his Juris Doctor studies in 2008, in just two years. Notably, Mr. Sitto received the Book Award for the highest grade in the Michigan No-Fault Law course. He graduated Cum Laude and in the top fifth of his class while also holding a legal internship position at the 50th District Court in Pontiac, Michigan. In anticipation of handling no-fault cases, Mr. Sitto earned the Certificate of Merit for Michigan No-Fault Insurance. Mr. Sitto has been Certified by LexisNexis in Basic, Advanced, Statutory, Legislative, and Cost Effective research. Furthermore, he has obtained Advanced Westlaw Certification for Statutory, Case Law, and Secondary Sources research.. In 2010, Mr. Sitto was in an accident in which his vehicle slid off the highway and rolled over several times. This gave him a unique opportunity to understand exactly what many of his clients go through as he has been in the same position.
