I have been representing people and businesses in court cases and litigation matters for thirty-three years. I believe that even an aggressive trial lawyer must still work to solve problems.. Throughout my career I have helped people and businesses in various types of civil litigation. I help clients to resolve problems or present their cases in court in real estate, property and construction cases, divorce, custody and family law disputes, general business contract and sales disputes, employment and non-compete clause arguments and personal injury lawsuits. I encourage facilitation and mediation and alternative dispute resolution whenever those resolution methods make sense.
