I  promise that I will listen to your story, and fight for you!. With offices in Oakland County (Royal Oak) , and Wayne County (Trenton) Michigan as well as in Ohio, we are close by.. I have 30 years  experience  successfully challenging wills, trusts, and winning contested guardian and conservator cases. I began my practice in 1988 as a private practioner  concentrating in Probate and Family law. In 2006, I was selected to serve as Assistant Majority Counsel for the Michigan Senate, with a focus in probate law, where I assisted in writing much of the probate law that exists today.. In 2009, I joined the Oakland County Probate Court as Judicial Staff Attorney for the Honorable Daniel A. O’Brien, listening to hundreds of contested probate and trust cases and strategizing with the Judge to make the best decisions under the circumstances.  After four years fine-tuning my probate expertise with the Oakland County Probate Court, I returned to private practice where I remain today.
