My name is Sean Patterson. I am a Bankruptcy Attorney in Reno, Nevada.. I have been practicing bankruptcy for 19 years. In that time, I have helped thousands of people with their debt problems. I have helped people save their homes, businesses, and other imporatant assets.. You can hire my office for as little as $100 down. Payment plans are available to all clients. Once hired, we take all the harassing creditor phone calls and keep people off your back. If you get sued, we try and stop the lawsuit or file the bankruptcy to keep you from being garnished.. In your first consult, we look at your income and expenses to determine what type of bankruptcy you are: Chapter 7--liquidation bankruptcy, Chapter 13--reorganization..
