He also represented corporate clients in connection with Department of Labor investigations.. Kyle graduated summa cum laude from the University of Mississippi School of Law, earning his J.D. and two honors diplomas in the areas of Space & Aviation Law and Business Law. During law school, he won the North American Championship at the International Manfred Lachs Space Law Moot Court Competition, also winning best brief. He represented North America at the world competition and finished as runner-up. He also served as an associate editor for the University of Mississippi Law Journal and as the senior editor for the Journal of Space Law, which is circulated internationally.. Prior to law school, Kyle graduated cum laude and with honors from Claremont McKenna College, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Legal Studies while playing NCAA football and track and field.
