I am an experienced criminal defense attorney and former prosecutor. Prior to joining the Law Offices of John Boneta, I worked as an Assistant Commonwealth's Attorney for the Loudoun County Commonwealth's Attorney's Office. Before my time with the Commonwealth I worked with John Boneta in Falls Church, gaining a wealth of experience in both trial and negotiation on both sides of the criminal bar. I graduated from Wake Forest University School of Law in 2016 for my Juris Doctorate and The College of William and Mary in 2012 with a Bachelor's Degree in American Studies. Prior to attending Wake Forest University School of Law for his Juris Doctorate, I worked as a legal assistant for Zoby, Broccoletti, & Normile, PC in Norfolk, VA. My work in Norfolk was directly under James Broccoletti, one of the pre-eminent criminal defense attorneys in the Commonwealth of Virginia, specializing in major felony cases.. While I was at Wake Forest, I was an active member of the executive board of the Student Animal Legal Defense Fund, with a personal emphasis on researching and becoming involved in the laws governing dog fighting and dangerous dog laws on the state and federal levels. This was a passion project for me, as my family has been very involved in animal welfare and animal charity my whole life, and it has been a pleasure to continue contributing to similar organizations as often as possible. I have taken pride throughout my career in being a zealous advocate for all of my clients, and helping them navigate the often perilous world of the court system.
