Matthew Williams counsels directors of registered investment companies, independent directors and investment advisers on a variety of products, including mutual funds, ETFs, closed-end funds, unit investment trusts, separate accounts and variable insurance products. He has assisted in the drafting of SEC exemptive applications, participated in the annual 15(c) review process and revised prospectuses, proxies, SAIs, Forms 497, and other disclosure documents under the federal securities laws.
