Josh has been practicing law since 2010. His practice focuses on civil litigation and encompasses a broad range of areas including medical malpractice, health care law, product liability, personal injury, insurance litigation, business litigation, governmental litigation, and appellate law. Josh also counsels healthcare providers on regulatory compliance and represents health care providers before professional licensing boards and administrative agencies.. While in law school, he served as the Associate Managing Editor of the South Carolina Law Review and was inducted into the Order of the Coif and the Order of the Wig and Robe. He is a graduate of the Spartanburg Regional Fellows Leadership Program (2012), the South Carolina Defense Trial Attorneys’ Association Trial Academy (2014), and Leadership Spartanburg (2016). Josh also is honored to have been recognized on Spartanburg’s inaugural Forty Under 40 list (2020).. Josh is a native of Union, South Carolina, having earned his Eagle Scout Award through Troop 42. He now lives in Spartanburg with his wife Beth and sons Caleb and Tate. Within the Spartanburg community, he serves First Presbyterian Church as a Deacon, United Way of the Piedmont as a Board Member, Boy Scouts of America Pack 2 as Pack Committee Chair, and the local youth athletic association as Co-Commissioner.
