I've also handled many workers' compensation cases, and am able to handle both the client's injury case and the workers' compensation case so if they are injured on the job by a third-party, they won't need two attorneys.. My experience includes motor vehicle accidents, motorcycle accidents, bicycle accidents, pedestrian vs. auto accidents, dog bites, trip and falls and slip and fall accidents. My practice has been 100% plaintiff representation for the past 25 years and am familiar with and can help the client obtain the proper medical care, guide them through the process and recover the best settlement possible. If settlement isn't a possibility we are ready to go to trial.
