Mike also represents insurance companies and policy holders in evaluating the obligations of the insurers under numerous different lines of insurance policies, for many types of claims. Additionally, Mike assists business entities and individual clients in disputes with insurance companies over coverage for liability and property claims under various types of insurance policies. He works with clients, their brokers and other trusted advisors in connection with the acquisition or renewal of various types of insurance policies and lines of coverage.. Mike received his J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law and his bachelor’s degree from UCLA. Prior to joining Nevers, Palazzo, Maddux and Packard, he practiced law with Morris, Polich and Purdy, LLP, supervising litigation of significant liability cases. He also served as environmental and entertainment insurance coverage case manager for CNA’s Los Angeles coverage counsel unit.
