I am a family law attorney who has experience and handles cases relating to family law, including but not limited to divorce, selected post-judgment matters, and paternity cases. I am a proud member of The Florida Bar Family Law Section, the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts (Florida Chapter), the Association of Family Law Professionals, the Collaborative Professionals of Southwest Florida, and the Lee County Bar Association.. After practicing for over six (6) years in the Tampa Bay area, I have been afforded the opportunity to move back to Fort Myers and work with my father, Shelly Finman. As a result of my understanding and appreciation of how much time and energy he has expended in building his solo law practice (and establishing his distinguished reputation among the legal community throughout the country), I am equally invested in our firm and our clients.. I understand how emotions and feelings can take over a client's ability to act rationally, and I am focused on a client-centered, child-focused process, as the family transcends from marriage.
