Mr. Chang is the founding member of Law Offices of Steven P. Chang. He bagan servicing the San Gabriel valley in private practice since 2002. Prior to private practice Mr. Chang worked for Department of Justice - Attorney General's Office and was an integral part of many key litigations. Mr. Chang then joined private practice with the law firm of Yoka & Smith, LLP where he further refined and perfected his litigation skills.. In 2002, realizing that the San Gabriel Community can be best served with a bilingual attorney who is truly bilingual and with a full understanding of the American and Chinese culture, Mr. Chang opened his private practice, specializing in Bankruptcy Law, Employment Litigation and Business Litigation.. Beginning in 2005 recognizing that the great inland empire including riverside county and san bernardino county can be better served.  Law Offices of Steven P. Chang started its Riverside office to serve the nearby cities for bankruptcy and business litigations.  We helped clients with bankruptcy and consumer debts issues in Riverside, Blythe, Palm Springs, Los Angeles, San Bernardino, Rancho Cucamonga, and all nearby cities.. Most recently, Mr. Chang filed an action against an insurance company for bad faith and denial of insurance coverage. Mr. Chang obtained a confidential settlement of over $2,000, for his client prior to trial.. In 2010, after a 16 day court trial Mr. Chang obtained a $4,000, judgment for his client.  This was one of the large non personal injury judgment in the district.
