Frank Hwu earned his undergraduate degree from the University of California Los Angeles in Psychology, graduating in 2002 magna cum laude.  While at UCLA, Frank was a candidate for the UC Regents Scholarship and repeatedly made the Dean’s list.  He also was a member of Psi Chi, UCLA’s honors society in psychology..
