Mr. Miller is a former Assistant Franklin County Prosecuting Attorney. He spent five years in the prosecutor's office, where he gained valuable trial experience. He was responsible for the prosecution of first through fifth degree felonies; completed numerous bench and jury trials; and had been assigned to several capital murder cases prior to his departure. He also redrafted approximately one-half of the office's standard indictment forms. During Mr. Miller's career stage as a felony prosecutor, he secured respect for his abilities as a trial lawyer from the judges in the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas that continues today in his private civil trial practice.. Mr. Miller is a graduate of the National Institute of Trial Advocacy. He is recognized as an Ohio Super Lawyer and within the Best Lawyers in America.  He is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Froum.  He has also been recognized by the American Institure of Personal Injury Lawyers as one of its "10 Best" in terms of client satisfaction.  He is involved with the local bar and other professional affiliations, and serves as outside counsel to clients, including the NHL's Columbus Blue Jackets.. Above all else, he prides himself on his hands-on, personal approach and direct interaction with clients.. Mr. Miller is a resident of Columbus where he lives with his wife and three children. He is a member of St. Peter's Parish, loves participating in and viewing sports, and is a huge Buckeyes' fan.
