Vincent J. Streza, Esq., Vince has worked on approximately 24 mergers and acquisitions per year, with sales ranging from $1 million to $100 million dollars.  Approximately 30% of the mergers and acquisitions handled by Brown & Streza are private equity recaps where the seller has kept a portion of the company..
