Peter has prosecuted and defended hundreds of cases, including those involving financial fraud, money laundering, theft, narcotics, cybersecurity, firearms, healthcare law violations, healthcare law violations, illegal pornography, driving offenses and student misconduct. Peter defends clients in investigations and prosecutions conducted by the Department of Justice, Federal Trade Commission, Securities and Exchange Commission, Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, and local law enforcement agencies.
