I have been practicing law since 1995. My focus of practice is in litigation, family law, and criminal law.  I have been both a criminal defense attorney and a prosecutor.. I have tried over 100 cases before juries.  As a prosecutor, I have prosecuted crimes ranging from driving offenses to capital murder.  I worked as an assistant prosecuting attorney in Boone County for ten years where I was the first assistant for five..
