About Stephen Higinbotham
My wife Michelle and I practice law in Lee's Summit, MO. We have a combined 37 years experience! I practice in the areas of Criminal and Traffic in the courts in Missouri and Kansas at the Federal, State and Local levels. Michelle practices in the areas of Civil, Domestic and Probate, as well as Personal Injury lLtigation. We are in Court every day! With the exception of Personal Injury, we have flat fee arrangements with our clients! We would be happy to discuss your case with you at no charge!
