Gary M. Singer is an attorney licensed to practice law in Florida. Gary is Board Certified as an expert in Real Estate Law by the Florida Bar. Gary is a member of the Florida Bar, the Broward County Bar Association (Chair of the Real Estate Section), Broward Attorneys Real Estate Council (President), and was an Adjunct Professor at Nova Southeastern University. He is a Member Agent of Attorneys' Title Fund Services. He was born in the Bronx and was raised in eastern Long Island, New York. Gary M. Singer moved to Florida in 1989 with the U.S. Coast Guard as a Petty Officer and Boatswain with the Coast Guard's prestigious Tactical Law Enforcement Team. After serving his country, he earned a Bachelor of Science degree, with honors, from Nova Southeastern University after transferring from SUNY at Stony Brook, and a Juris Doctorate degree from the Shepard Broad Law Center at Nova Southeastern University, cum laude. Gary M. Singer was the recipient of a full academic Goodwin scholarship to attend law school, where, along with his many activities, he was served as an Editor of the ILSA Journal of International and Comparative Law, Editor in Chief of the School Newspaper and an Honor Court Justice. Gary began practicing in real estate, estate planning, and business law and several years later he opened the Law Firm of Gary M. Singer in Fort Lauderdale, where he has been diligently serving the needs of his clients ever since. Gary is married to Norma and they are the proud parents of Alexander and Sofia..
