Singer moved to Florida in 1989 with the U.S. Coast Guard as a Petty Officer and Boatswain with the Coast Guard's prestigious Tactical Law Enforcement Team. After serving his country, he earned a Bachelor of Science degree, with honors, from Nova Southeastern University after transferring from SUNY at Stony Brook, and a Juris Doctorate degree from the Shepard Broad Law Center at Nova Southeastern University, cum laude. Gary M. Singer was the recipient of a full academic Goodwin scholarship to attend law school, where, along with his many activities, he was served as an Editor of the ILSA Journal of International and Comparative Law, Editor in Chief of the School Newspaper and an Honor Court Justice. Gary began practicing in real estate, estate planning, and business law and several years later he opened the Law Firm of Gary M. Singer in Fort Lauderdale, where he has been diligently serving the needs of his clients ever since. Gary is married to Norma and they are the proud parents of Alexander and Sofia.. You can find Gary weekly in his nationally syndicated column in the Sun Sentinel and many other papers. Gary is a co-host of "Legal News and Review" an award-winning talk radio show. Gary is also the president of Gibraltar Title, a President's Circle Award recipient from The Fund, and has been honored as a “Super Lawyer” and “Florida Trend Legal Elite” multiple times..
