Carr.. I graduated summa cum laude from the Cleveland Marshall College of Law at Cleveland State University . While in law school, I served as a Research Editor for the Cleveland State Law Review and received the Outstanding Note of the Year Award. Prior to law school, I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice, magna cum laude, from Baldwin Wallace College.. I am admitted to practice before the Ohio courts and the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Ohio. I am a member of the Federal Bar Association, the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association, and serve on the Executive Committee of the Northeast Ohio Chapter of the American Constitution Society.
