Recently, he took a leading role in the MRI gadolinium contrast litigation on behalf of clients afflicted with nephrogenic systemic fibrosis (NSF) in both state and federal courts. This activity included extensive participation in the Gadolinium Contrast Agent Product Liability Multi-District Litigation (MDL No. 1909) that was formed to address these cases.. In addition to unsafe pharmaceutical, medical device, and other product liability cases, Peter has handled catastrophic trucking and vehicular collisions, medical negligence, toxic torts arising from hazardous chemicals, civil rights, construction accidents and premises liability, insurance coverage, commercial litigation, and patent infringement.
