Jason M Gordon is a native of Brooklyn, New York and relocated to Florida in 1995.  He has been licensed to practice in the states of New York and Connecticut since 1985, and Florida since 1992.  He is a member of the Florida Bar Association Sections of Family Law, Real Property, Probate, and Trust.  He continues to be a member of the Florida, New York, Connecticut and Federal Bars, including the Middle District of Florida.  His experience in real estate includes residential closings, commercial transactions (including but not limited to purchase and sale, construction contract and loan reviews, liquor license transfers), representation of condo-minium and homeowner associations, Department of Business and Pro-fessional Regulation, Division Of Florida Land Sales, Condominiums, and Mobile Homes dispute resolution litigation, quiet title actions, lien resolution, corporate and partnership formations, foreclosure actions, and an extensive litigation practice.  Mr. Gordon has an extensive background in litigation covering real property issues, appellate work, family law, corporate law, and general civil litigation.  Mr. Gordon prides himself on being client friendly and willing to go the extra mile to serve his clients’ needs.
