My cases have included litigation related to mergers and acquisitions, employment laws, securities laws and banking laws. I also defend personal injury and premises liability cases. I believe that all cases, especially high stakes cases in which an appeal is inevitable, should be tried with an appeal in mind. As both a trial and appellate practitioner, I bring a perspective to my cases informed by my two-year clerkship with the Chief Justice of the Rhode Island Supreme Court.
