After graduating college, Mr. Usher worked as the head of purchasing for an international furniture import and distribution company. Mr. Usher went on to go to Saint Thomas University School of Law in Miami, Florida.. During Law School Mr. Usher was Senator for the Student Bar Association, as well as a competing member for the National Champion St. Thomas University Mock Trial Team where he earned high honors.. While at Law School Mr. Usher was also a law clerk for the Honorable Judge Amy Steele Donner in Dade County, Florida.. After taking the New York and New Jersey Bar Examinations Mr. Usher began working for Smotritsky Law Group in Brooklyn, New York where Mr. Usher focused primarily on Immigration Law, Criminal Law, Employment Law and Consumer Protection Law.
