Hello - I am a Board Certified Elder Law Attorney and its great to meet you!. Our elder-law firm, Elder Needs Law, PLLC, assists our clients in the long-term care medicaid qualification and application process so they do not have to become impoverished in order to get their bills paid - and get help paying for home health care, ALF care, or nursing home care (throughout Florida). We also handle estate planning and probate matters throughout Florida.. I am the author of the book: "How to get Medicaid to Pay for Some or All of Your Long-Term Care Expenses" (available on ). Our injury firm, Injury Claim Law Firm, prides itself on representing the most vulnerable members of our community: the elderly and injured.. Our personal injury department has achieved record breaking verdicts - helping those who have been injured due to the negligence of another. We handle all sorts of personal injury matters. In 2007 I received a proclamation from North Miami Beach Mayor Rabin (Jason Neufeld Day) for my civic activism.. In 2024 I was named "Attorney of the Year" by Coast to Coast Legal Aid and Broward County Legid Aid for pro-bono activities.. I earned my Bachelors of Arts degree from Emory University and obtained my Juris Doctorate and Masters of Business Administration (JD / MBA) degrees from the University of Miami..
