Inaddition to his legal experience, Mr. Markowicz worked as a business, financeand project manager in Hong Kong, and Mainland China for over 2 years.  He was the chief officer of a trading company thattraded raw material and commodities from Latin America to China, where he wasresponsible for the synchronization of dozens of companies located in tencountries throughout the Americas and dozens of cities throughout MainlandChina.   In this capacity, Mr. Markowicz alsoconducted project valuations and financial analysis, and managed both the logisticsof hundreds of containers and the administration of assembly and distributioncenters..
