Mark S. Prior to opening his own firm, Mr. Roher was a bankruptcy and commercial litigation partner and special counsel at large national firms in Miami and Fort Lauderdale, as well as a partner with a boutique bankruptcy and creditors' rights firm in Fort Lauderdale.. Mr. Roher is active in professional organizations such as the American Bankruptcy Institute, the Bankruptcy Bar Association for the Southern District of Florida and the Business Law Section of the Florida Bar.. Mr. Roher earned his law degree, cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law in 1999, where he served as an Articles and Comments Editor for the University of Miami Law Review.  Prior to obtaining his juris doctor, Mr. Roher graduated with honors from York University in 1995 with a Bachelors of Arts..
