Mr. Curran was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1985 and the District of Columbia Bar in 1986. In the federal system, he is also admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida. In addition to the Florida and District of Columbia Bar Associations, he is a member of the Broward County Bar Association, and the Florida Academy of Professional Mediators, as well as various other committees and associations related to his practice areas. Mr. Curran has represented business entities from sole proprietorships to Fortune 500 corporations. Mr. Curran has been awarded an AV® Preeminent™ rating by his peers through Martindale-Hubbell.
