Brooke graduated from the University of Richmond School of Law after receiving her undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Brooke worked for five years in private practice with a law firm specializing in insurance defense litigation before becoming the trial litigator for Allstate Insurance Company in the metro Richmond area. She brings insight from her experience as a defense attorney and working for the insurance companies to help her clients achieve the best results. She has been practicing law for over 14 years.. She has tried hundreds of personal injury matters and is committed to the best possible representation for her clients. She brings a wealth of knowledge regarding civil litigation matters with a specific focus on personal injury and workers’ compensation. Her experience includes representing clients in state and federal court for matters involving car accidents, tractor-trailer collisions, drunk driving accidents, premise liability (including slip and falls), dog bites, and wrongful death matters. Brooke has appeared successfully in the Supreme Court of Virginia, the Workers’ Compensation Commission, Circuit Courts, and General District Courts around Virginia.. Brooke lives in Richmond with her toddler son and husband.
