Mr. Davis graduated from The William Penn Charter School in 1991. He then attended Villanova University, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1995. He attended Widener University School of Law, earning his Juris Doctorate degree in 1998. Mr. Davis is licensed to practice law in state courts throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as well as federal court in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Mr. Davis served as an Assistant District Attorney with the Delaware County District Attorney's Office for 8 years, where he personally prosecuted over 6000 criminal cases including Homicides, Aggravated Assaults, Robberies, Burglaries and Driving Under the Influence matters. While an Assistant D.A., Mr. Davis was able to hone his trial and advocacy skills, handling cases from arrest through jury trial and sentencing. He personally tried over 50 cases before juries, and was appointed as a trial team leader in 2006.. In 2008, Mr. Davis left the D.A.'s Office to become a Deputy Attorney General with the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General. For 3 years he personally led investigations before the Statewide Investigating Grand Jury involving complex white collar criminal cases and public corruption cases. He expanded his trial experience, by personally handling jury trials in Philadelphia, Montgomery and Chester Counties.. In June 2011, Mr. Davis left the PA Attorney General's Office to open his own law firm. Mr. Davis has already established himself as a highly respected criminal defense attorney, handling several high profile cases, including Law Enforcement Officals charged with crimes.
