While an Assistant D.A., Mr. Davis was able to hone his trial and advocacy skills, handling cases from arrest through jury trial and sentencing. He personally tried over 50 cases before juries, and was appointed as a trial team leader in 2006.. In 2008, Mr. Davis left the D.A.'s Office to become a Deputy Attorney General with the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General. For 3 years he personally led investigations before the Statewide Investigating Grand Jury involving complex white collar criminal cases and public corruption cases. He expanded his trial experience, by personally handling jury trials in Philadelphia, Montgomery and Chester Counties.. In June 2011, Mr. Davis left the PA Attorney General's Office to open his own law firm.
