Maria also offers strategic, goal oriented representation in a variety of other practice areas, among them are matters involving all aspects of civil litigation , employment law , real estate transactions, and trusts and estates . Maria earned her B.A. degree in psychology from the State University of New York at Albany, her J.D. degree from St. Thomas University School of Law and then went on to obtain a Master of Laws in Taxation (L.L.M.) from the University of Miami School of Law. Maria has been featured as a speaker for the National Business Institute (NBI) and Lorman Education Services on a variety of topics, including civil litigation, and family and divorce law.. I absolutely loved Maria. She helped me a lot and fought hard against the other attorneys. She works hard for her clients and is extremely dedicated. I met with with other attorneys prior to hiring Maria. They were not as aggressive as she was. I would highly suggest Maria.
