Carolyn R. Tatkin brings to the Firm over 25 years of broad legal experience in areas including insurance coverage and bad faith litigation, construction defect litigation, general business and commercial litigation, as well as a concentration in business and consumer bankruptcy law. Her experience includes both trial and appellate work in state and federal courts, encompassing all aspects of motion practice and oral advocacy, including oral arguments before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the Ninth Circuit Bankruptcy Appellate Panel. Ms. Tatkin has also been a presenter and co-author of materials for several state and county bar sponsored bankruptcy seminars, from basic to more advanced levels of bankruptcy expertise.. Carolyn is originally from Ohio, where she graduated from Ohio State University and Cleveland Marshall College of Law. Her horses are her lifelong hobby and her passion. She lives in Scottsdale with her husband, teenage son and daughter, dogs, cat and horses.
