About Mark Weingart
Respectfully referred to as the "Godfather" of DUI defense because of my vast experience and tens of thousands of former clients, I have enjoyed great success and pride in my representation of thase wrongfully accused. I graduated from the University of Akron School of Law in 1976. Assistant Columbiana County Prosecutor 1976-1979. Municipal Court Judge, City of Tempe Arizona 1979-1981 full time. 1982-1985, part time. Assistant Arizona Attorney General 1981-1985. Private practice since. Certified Criminal Law Specialist since 1994 to the rated A-V and peer reviewed rated. This is the absolute best national rating attainable. Founding member, National College for DUI Defense, Harvard University. Represented over 25,000 clients. More than 200 jury trials, alone.
