Scott I. Palumbo is a co-founder of Palumbo Wolfe & Palumbo. Born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona, Mr. Palumbo received his undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame, where he was a letterman on the varsity football team. He went on to obtain his law degree from the Arizona State University Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law.
