They didn't do anything about my ethics violations on a ALJ and attorney from his law firm tried to hear my case and didn't disclose their relationship. Then the ICA in retaliation closed my case and didn't make the company pay me the back money they owe me.
they won't mail your annual fee invoice but are happy to charge an extra $100 for being 20 days late smh. How about you provide a little notice to attorney's who get thousands of emails every day or give them a little leeway to pay smh
