Ms. Chang began her law practice after working 22 years in the healthcare field; managing a department of a Beckman Instruments and clinical laboratories.  But she desired more intellectually stimulating work and enrolled in law school at the suggestion of her late husband.. While attended law school at night, Grace worked fulltime, often 12-hour days.  Law school proved especially challenging, since English is her second language.  Juggling the raising of two kids and working fulltime, she never considered quitting.. In addition to providing personal attention to her clients, Ms. Chang has earned a reputation for skillful and effective legal representation, always mindful of the practical solution..
