In 2008, 2009 and 2011, Mr. Saavedra served as corporate counsel for a corporate client in handling a $168 million bond and conventional related financing with SunTrust Bank, N.A., TD Bank, Bank United. In 2013, Mr. Saavedra served as corporate borrower counsel for a $200 million senior credit facility/syndication, providing leadership and coordination among his corporate client and 7 national lenders involved for all aspects of the negotiation and documentation involved in the transaction.From fixed base operators to international & domestic institutional clients and former international political figures, Mr. Saavedra is pleased to represent diverse clientele in corporate and strategic matters.

Marian Lindquist is a Florida native, born in Fort Lauderdale.. Ms. Lindquist dropped out of high school in her junior year, but soon earned a GED and began attending Broward Community College.  Later she transferred to Florida Atlantic University, graduating in 1988.. While still in college, Ms. Lindquist combined her skills and strong work ethic and opened a temporary service agency providing secretarial services to more than 100 Broward County law firms.  When she took the Law School Aptitude Test, she scored in the top four percent of the nation and was offered three law school scholarships.  She began her legal studies at Mercer University and subsequently transferred to Nova Southeastern graduating in 1991.. Ms. Lindquist opened a general civil practice, Marian A. Lindquist, P.A., where she is able to combine her business practice with her legal skills helping people.

David was born in St. Thomas, USVI but moved to Miami before his second birthday. After spending the next 8 years in South Miami, David moved to Fort Lauderdale and graduated from St. Thomas Aquinas High School. After high school, David attended Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX where he earned a degree in Psychology. David returned to South Florida and earned his law degree from Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad Law School.. David and his wife, Calla have two children, Cooper and Holden.. David's hobbies include fishing, diving and spending time with his family.. David currently sits on the Board of Trustees at Saint Mark’s Episcopal School, Islamorada Fishing and Conservation Trust, Brian Piccolo Chapter of the National Football Foundation and College Football Hall of Fame.
