Rhonda Wilson Paice was born in Loudoun County and attended Loudoun Valley High School. She graduated from the University of Virginia with a B.A. in Foreign Affairs and received her J.D. from the T.C. Williams School of Law at the University of Richmond in 1987.. Thereafter, she moved to Northern Virginia and began law school at American University. Upon her graduation in 2010, Mrs. Miller began practicing law in the areas of family law and cirminal defense.
