Nick's legal practice focuses on real estate, including both litigation and transactions.. Nick has successfully litigated a range of real estate disputes, namely involving eminent domain and property taxation. Of significant note, Nick served as an attorney for Milwaukee County and helped to achieve a successful outcome in an eminent domain dispute between the Milwaukee County Zoo and the Wisconsin Department of Transportation.
