Mr. Hoskins represented two of the victims before the Victim’s Compensation Fund established by Congress. Mr. Hoskins donated his legal services to the victims in conjunction with Trial Lawyers Care, Inc., a non-profit corporation set up by volunteer trial lawyers across the nation to provide free legal services to the September 11th Victim Compensation Fund..
