Richard joined Deily & Glastetter in 1997 and became a partner in 2011. He focuses his practice in the areas of commercial litigation, bankruptcy litigation, collections, replevin, commercial eviction, replevin and creditors' rights. Richard primarily represents institutional clients, lenders and small businesses in the Federal and State courts of New York, Pennsylvania and Massachusetts. He has also litigated cases in Maryland, North Carolina, Rhode Island and Connecticut.. Richard's practice includes alternate dispute resolution, arbitration, drafting transaction documents and counseling clients on loss prevention and risk avoidance.. Prior to joining the firm, Richard worked with a large Philadelphia law firm where he practiced in the areas of professional malpractice defense, insurance coverage, products liability and civil rights actions.
