Attorney Farrell has been a solo practitioner in Blair County beginning in 1984.  He was employed at the Blair County Public Defender’s Office from 1985 through 1990 while he continued with his private practice.  Attorney Farrell is now a Mental Health Review Officer for Blair County and also serves as a Dispositional Review Hearing Officer for Blair County Children Youth and Family Services.  Attorney Farrell was admitted to practice in the Pennsylvania Supreme Court and Federal Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
