Bar Association, Maryland State Bar Association, the Anne Arundel Bar
Association, the Maryland Association for Justice and the American
Association for Justice. He practices in all Maryland trial and
appellate courts, the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland
and the U.S. Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals. He is also a Certified
Mediator for the Circuit Court of Anne Arundel County and a Certified
Medical Malpractice Mediator for the Circuit Courts of Baltimore City
and Baltimore County. Mr. Weber has served as president of the Archbishop Spalding Board of
Directors, president of the James Madison University Alumni Association,
a Board member for Sisters Academy of Baltimore and treasurer of the Ed
Block Courage Foundation. Mr. Weber has been appointed by the Governor
to the Judicial Nominating Commission for Anne Arundel County,
Maryland, and serves as a Member of the Character Committee for the
Fifth Appellate Circuit of Maryland and is a Trustee of the Anne Arundel
