Practice Focus. I am a litigator focusing my practice on both the representation of individuals in personal injury and worker's' compensation claims and the defense personal injury matters.  I opened my law office in November of 2013, having practiced previously with two Chicago-based law firms and a local civil defense firm in Green Bay, Wisconsin.. I am a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, the Outagamie County Bar Association, the Wiscsonsin Association of Worker's Compensation Attorneys, and the Wisconsin Association of Justice.. In 2006, 2010-2012, I was recognized by my peers and by the punlication, Wisconsin Super Lawyers, as a Rising Star (one of the top young lawyers) in Wisconsin and in 2022 and 2023, I was named Super Lawyer.  I also have a "Preeminent" "AV" Peer Review Rating from Martindale-Hubbell for ethics and legal ability.

I joined Peterson, Berk & Cross, S.C. in 2014 after gaining valuable experience practicing family law in southeastern Wisconsin and moving back "home" to northeastern Wisconsin.. I focus my practice on family law, including divorce, legal separation, maintenance, property division, paternity, child support, custody, placement, guardianships, termination of parental rights, prenuptial and post-nuptial agreements, step-parent rights, grandparent rights and restraining orders.. I am actively involved in the community and am currently involved in Service League, Women’s Fund, Current Young Professionals, Friends of the Green Bay Symphony and serve on the Board of Directors for the De Pere Area Chamber of Commerce and the Friends of the Brown County Library.  I am also a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, Association for Women Lawyers, Outagamie County Bar Association, Outagamie County and Brown County Young Lawyers Associations.. A graduate of Marquette Law School and the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh, I was a member of the Marquette Elder's Advisor Law Review, served as Academic Support Program Leader and was a member of the National History Honor Society.. I have been practicing family law since 2009, and I currently reside in beautiful De Pere, Wisconsin.

Attorney Amber Gratz received her bachelor’s degrees, magna cum laude, in political science and international business.  She then went on to earn her J.D. from University of Louisville’s Brandeis School of Law.  While in law school, Amber served as the Supervising Editor of Articles for the Journal of Law and Education and was a member of the Wagner Moot Court Team that placed fifth in the nation after the first three preliminary rounds advancing to the competition’s playoffs.  Also during law school, Amber did a hands-on externship with the Louisville Legal Aid Society, where she was able to represent clients on their divorce and domestic abuse cases.  Through this externship she gained valuable experience in trial practice, as well as, family law.. At Fox River Law, LLC., Amber specializes in family law and criminal defense.  Amber, along with Attorney Amanda Skorr & Jason Farris provide knowledge and helpful advice when you are facing criminal charges or need help with a divorce or custody/placement matter.  Amber has handled a variety of criminal cases, from OWIs, and drug charges to felony and misdemeanor charges. She has also handled many family law cases where  parents are fighting for placement of their children.  Prior to joining Fox River Law, LLC., Amber began working at Pitsch Law Offices, LLC., where she handled numerous family law and criminal defense cases.. In Amber's spare time she enjoys spending time with her family and 2 dogs, hiking and being outside.  She has also coached club volleyball for over 12 years and is active in the Fox Valley volleyball community.
