While I am relatively new to Wisconsin, I bring years of professional experience to my role as an associate attorney at J. Kippa Law. I have both civil and criminal litigation in my background, but vastly prefer the world of criminal law. My primary experience is as a prosecutor. I am licensed in several states and began my career in Virginia as an Assistant Commonwealth's Attorney in City of Norfolk where I worked for 8 and ½ years. During my time there, I obtained successful results in a wide variety of felony cases, including homicides, armed robberies, sexual assaults and drug trafficking. I recently relocated to the Fox Valley area and was fortunate to work as an Assistant District Attorney in Outagamie County. In this role, I assisted law enforcement in the investigation and prosecution of high level, felony drug trafficking cases. I also served as a member of the Outagamie County Drug Court. I bring my extensive expirience from years of prosecution to now assist those who have been charged with crimes.

I have been practicing law since 2004, exclusively representing injured workers and disabled individuals fighting for Social Security Disability. I am passionate about what I do! I truly believe that it is my calling to protect and advocate for people who need it!. I was born and raised in Menasha, WI, by a working class family. I know FIRSTHAND how hard it can be for people and their families if they get hurt at work or become disabled. I am a graduate of Appleton East High School, a local that has been around the Fox Valley area and Wisconsin his entire life. I have studied extensively, including over seas at Oxford University - Magdalen College and in Florence, Italy as well.. Beyond that, I am just the average guy who likes to hunt, fish and golf as much as possible. I enjoy traveling, reading, writing, watching the Packers and Brewers. I own a law firm in Appleton, Wisconsin and teach for Cardinal Stritch University on the side here at the local tech.. I'm an approachable guy who is relaxed and enjoys helping people. I volunteer my time and assist people in the local community on a regular basis. I make time for my clients at nights and on weekends because I know that times are tough in this economy and people are busy working during the days and have difficult time taking off to visit with their attorney..
