Personal. I was born in 1984, in Rockwall, Texas. I grew up on the Family Farm East of Rockwall, Texas. Those experiences on the farm taught me the hard work and determination that is necessary to vigorously defend my clients’ rights. My wonderful wife and I have been together for 11 great years and have been married for five of those years.. I am attorney by profession but have several other passions when I am not practicing law. Most of those involve the use of my hands such as working on motorcycles and cars. I love to travel and try to hit the beach and the slopes at least once per year.. I am an easy going quiet personality type. I have a knack for listening to my clients to determine the most favorable outcome for them and am comfortable talking about difficult situations. I began my legal career at a large law firm in Dallas focusing on complex commercial litigation, securities litigation, and government enforcement proceedings.  I combine my M.B.A. degree in Business Administration, business experience, and legal degree to provide a unique understanding of the issues clients face.. Before entering the legal profession, I was a well-respected Trust Administratior and ran a successful small business.  These experiences led me to Baylor Law School with a mission to help people navigate the civil legal system.. My current practice has expanded to include commercial litigation, copyrights, trademarks, entertainment law and bankruptcy.  I believe that creative endeavors are an important part of society.. Personally I enjoy writing and plan to produce a short film in the near future.

I am a native West Texan, who moved from Lubbock to Tarrant County to practice law  in 1987.  I live in southern Arlington with my wife.  Prior to practicing law I worked as a CPA helping individuals, families, small business owners and  farmers with income, estate and payroll tax issues.   My practice  is focused on helping clients understand and work through  the legal aspects of the health care system in order to take care of themselves and their families.  I frequently advise clients on how to more effectively use the legal documents I prepare for them..
