Ronald "Ron" B. Prince was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas. After graduating from Edison High School, Ron attended Texas A&M University where he received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting. Upon graduating from Texas A&M, Ron attended the University of Texas School of Law, graduating in 1978.. After working for a few years in the oil industry, Ron began practicing law in San Antonio in 1982. He focused primarily on worker's compensation cases for the first several years of his practice. Ron then focused his practice for several years in insurance litigation, including issues involving insurance bad faith and deceptive insurance practices. During this period, Ron tried a case successfully to a multi-million dollar verdict against a prominent insurance company.. Ron has also represented adoption agencies since the mid 1980s, working with hundreds of adoptive families in the successful completion of the adoption process. These adoptive families comprised a diverse make-up, including single parent and same-sex parent adoptions.. With almost 30 years of legal experience, Ron has extensive experience with the workings of the Bexar County Courthouse, and his expertise extends to the surrounding counties also, including Comal, Guadalupe, Atascosa, and Medina Counties.. Ron is a member of the State Bar of Texas and the San Antonio Bar Association, including its Family Law Section. Ron has also previously served as a Magistrate for the City of San Antonio.

Marisa Ayon, Attorney at Law, is a third generation attorney practicing in and around the San Antonio area. Born and raised in San Antonio, Marisa attended the University of the Incarnate Word receiving a Bachelors of Science in Biology which instilled a strong work ethic and desire for truth and knowledge. Marisa attended Texas A&M University School of Law where she was awarded the Mark Faris '13 Scholarship Award for preserverance and scholarship. Fighting for equality and justice for others has always been a strong trait Marisa carried with her from childhood. She continued to pursue the path of law in order to uphold and protect the rights and freedoms of the people in the community.. I'm a proud, a sixth generation Texan - born in San Antonio, attended Plano public schools, and obtained my bachelor's degree from Southern Methodist University.  I attended law school at St. Mary's Universit, during which I was a member of the St. Mary’s Law Journal and was a national liaison for the American Bar Association’s Law Student Division.  I've had the chance to work in both the public and private sectors, for non-profit organizations, and in 2009, I started a business helping consumers with credit-related problems, which was converted to my law firm in 2012.  I am proud to represent a variety of clients, who have come to trust me to be relentless in achieving their objectives.  It's a trust I take deeply personally, and it's my higest honor that clients entrust me with their most significant problems.

I love practicing family law and I have two offices to serve you.  I have one office in San Antonio, Texas at 410 W. Craig Place, San Antonio, Tx 78212 and one in the town I was raised in, New Braunfels, at 893 S. Castell, New Braunfels, Tx 78130.  I practice in Bexar, Comal, Guadalupe, Wilson and Hays counties.  I do not charge a travel fee to these counties.

After graduating from the University of Texas at Austin in 2002 with degrees in philosophy and government, Alison moved back to her hometown to attend St. Mary’s University in San Antonio, Texas.  While attending at St. Mary’s she won numerous advocacy awards based on her oral argument skills.  Several times in 2005 and 2006 she argued in front of the Texas Supreme Court as well as the Court of Criminal Appeals and in 2006 won first place in the Texas Young Lawyers Association Mock Trial in front of the Supreme Court of Texas.  Alison also was elected and served as the Student Bar Association President from 2005-2006.  The American Bar Association recognized her outstanding achievements with a scholarship at graduation.. Since graduating from St. Mary’s School of Law in 2006, Alison Hicks has practiced law in San Antonio for almost ten years.  She was recognized by S.A. Scene Magazine in 2009 as a “Rising Star” in the San Antonio legal scene, just two years into her practice.  Alison has been involved in a varied litigation practice including a vast amount of courtroom and trial work, as well as appeals, probate matters, criminal trials and even appealed cases to the Court of Appeals; and ultimately the Supreme Court of Texas.. For much of her career, there has been a focus on representing families in different legal capacities; such as private clients, as well as appointments by various Judges to serve as “amicus” or “friend” of the court to aid the court in making judgments.   As a child of divorce herself, Alison draws on her experiences personally as a former child of a divorce and as a mother which aid her in advising clients and forming winning strategies.. In the beginning of her practice she worked for a local firm that focused on family law.  Within the family law spectrum, she primarily represented fathers that desired to gain custody of their children.  Alison has seen a dramatic shift in the court’s attitudes towards fathers in her almost ten years of practice.  This extensive experience in the courtroom has given her the real world knowledge of what a client should expect based on the facts of their case.  Since 2009 Alison has owned her own firm practicing all facets of family law issues, such as divorce, enforcement of property division, enforcement of child visitation and support, establishment of paternity, modification of custody and child support, grandparent's rights, termination & adoption, as well as premarital and post marital agreements.  She also practices general civil litigation, such as probate and personal injury matters..
