I received a Bachelor’s in Business Administration (B.B.A.), with high honors, in Accounting from Emory University in 1990.  In 1993, I received my Juris Doctorate (J.D.), with honors, from the University of Florida, and in 1994, was awarded a Masters in Taxation (LL.M.), with honors, also from the University of Florida, and in 2001, I became a Board Certified in Wills, Trusts, and Estates attorney with the Florida Bar.. I am a founding partner in the law firm of Green Schoenfeld & Kyle LLP, and have been a resident of Lee County, Florida, since 1976 and I am the past President of both the Lee County Estate Planning Council and Planned Giving Councils.  I also serve on the Advisory Boards of the Alvin A. BARBARA M. Amy Meghan Neaher was raised in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. Awarded full academic scholarships, she attended Shippensburg University, where she obtained her undergraduate degree in 1992 with a major in government and a minor in sociology in three years. Amy subsequently received her law degree from the District of Columbia School of Law, Washington D.C. in 1996.. After graduation from law school, Amy worked as an international contracts representative for Northrop Grumman. Upon relocation to Florida, she was employed as District Counsel for the Department of Children and Families handling child abuse/neglect cases from inception to the appellate level. Entering private practice, Amy worked for several distinguished law firms gaining a wide range of litigation experience before opening her own practice in 2006.. Amy is a member of the Florida Bar and is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
